Primero. Expresamos nuestra más fraternal solidaridad con los trabajadores y el pueblo de Ucrania, víctimas inocentes de la guerra y de las disputas interimperialistas.

Segundo. Condenamos la agresión que, bajo el cínico eufemismo de “operación militar especial” y en la jornada de hoy, la Rusia de Putin ha llevado a cabo en Ucrania, en manos del ultrarreaccionario régimen de V. Zelenski. Esa Rusia no es la de los trabajadores y el pueblo rusos, sino de la oligarquía mafiosa de la que Putin es su más avezado representante, y responsable de esa acción criminal que ya ha causado decenas de muertos civiles y azuza el nacionalismo reaccionario de uno y otro bando.

Tercero. Asimismo condenamos la beligerancia del imperialismo yanqui que, en su estrategia imperialista, con el beneplácito y asunción del europeo, lleva años cercando a Rusia. Llevar la OTAN a Ucrania forma parte de esa estrategia.

Cuarto. En Ucrania no se dirime el interés de los pueblos, sino el de las potencias imperialistas en liza. Por un lado EEUU y la Unión Europea, con su instrumento de guerra, la OTAN; del otro, Rusia (e, indirectamente, China).

El imperialismo de uno u otro pelaje es enemigo declarado de los trabajadores y de los pueblos, por lo que estos no se pueden poner a favor de ninguno y sí combatir hombro con hombro contra unos y otros, en pos de la paz, de su liberación y de su propia emancipación.

Quinto. Ni la OTAN, ni la UE, ni EEUU pueden dar lecciones de democracia y pacifismo como aseguraba cínicamente Josep Borrell. Recordemos que en 1999 la OTAN, siendo Secretario General Javier Solana, intervino en Yugoslavia y bombardeó Belgrado llevando la guerra al corazón de Europa.

Sexto. La guerra es consustancial al imperialismo. Con falsas caretas humanitarias, con el pretexto de la “lucha por la libertad”, “contra el terrorismo”, las potencias imperialistas imponen a sangre y fuego a los pueblos del mundo los intereses de su oligarquía financiera, llevando a ellos la dominación, la destrucción y la muerte.

Séptimo. Entendemos que las consecuencias del conflicto se van a sentir no solo, lamentablemente, en vidas humanas y destrucción, sino también en una catástrofe  económica que, sumada a la crisis actual (incremento de precios de la electricidad, los combustibles y la inflación general consiguiente), va a golpear profundamente a las clases trabajadoras de nuestro país y de los pueblos de Europa.

Octavo. Denunciamos la actitud del gobierno de coalición que, cual lacayo de los yanquis, ha acudido el primero a enviar barcos y aviones a la zona de conflicto.

El gobierno de España es responsable de involucrarnos en un conflicto imperialista que puede tener graves consecuencias no solo económicas, sino también en términos de seguridad para nuestro país. Recordamos aquí las consecuencias (atentados del 11-M) de la aventura del canalla de Aznar en las Azores.

De igual forma, denunciamos la falsa propaganda del Ejecutivo, con la que pretende justificar su servilismo, y le exigimos que regresen las fuerzas militares destacadas en la zona, que España salga inmediatamente de la OTAN y que adopte el compromiso de estricta neutralidad en el conflicto.

Noveno. Denunciamos, asimismo, la actitud de Unidas Podemos y de los partidos que conforman esta coalición que avalan con su permanencia en el gobierno las posiciones y medidas guerreristas y proimperialistas del Ejecutivo. Unidas Podemos debe salir inmediatamente del Gobierno si realmente pretende desvincularse de la política de guerra.

Décimo. En previsión de que proliferen, al calor del conflicto, los discursos y mensajes patrioteros y españolistas, debemos estar alerta y combatir toda manifestación o expresión de los mismos, porque contribuyen a alimentar la guerra y el fascismo.

El cínico españolismo de Vox y el PP, entre otros, no es otra cosa que la sumisión al militarismo e imperialismo yanquis, que tienen bases en territorio español para amenazar y agredir a terceros países, poniendo en riesgo nuestra propia seguridad.

¡Ni guerra entre pueblos, ni paz entre clases!

RUSSIA-UKRAINE CONFLICT: WE CONDEMN THE IMPERIALIST WAR

First. We express our fraternal solidarity with the workers and people of Ukraine, innocent victims of the war and inter-imperialist disputes.

Second. We condemn the aggression which, under the cynical euphemism of "special military operation", Putin's Russia has carried out today in Ukraine, in the hands of Zelenski’s ultra-reactionary regime. That Russia is not Russian workers and people’s one, but the mafia oligarchy’s, of which Putin is its most seasoned representative, and responsible for this criminal action that has already caused dozens of civilian deaths and whips up reactionary nationalism on both sides.

Third. We also condemn the belligerence of US imperialism which, in its imperialist strategy, with the approval and acquiescence of Europe, has been encircling Russia for years. Bringing NATO to Ukraine is part of this strategy.

Fourth. In Ukraine, it is not the interests of the peoples that are at stake, but those of the imperialist powers. On the one hand, the USA and the European Union, with its instrument of war, NATO; on the other, Russia (and, indirectly, China).

Imperialism of one stripe or another is the declared enemy of  workers and peoples, and that is why they cannot take sides and need to fight shoulder to shoulder for peace, for their liberation and their own emancipation.

Fifth. Neither NATO, nor the EU, nor the US can give lessons in democracy and pacifism as Josep Borrell cynically claimed. Let us remember that in 1999 NATO, under Secretary General Javier Solana, intervened in Yugoslavia and bombed Belgrade, bringing war to the heart of Europe.

Sixth. War is inherent to imperialism. Under false humanitarian guises, under the pretext of the "fight for freedom", "against terrorism", the imperialist powers impose the interests of their financial oligarchy on the peoples of the world with blood and fire, bringing them domination, destruction and death.

Seventh. We understand that the consequences of the conflict will be felt not only, unfortunately, in human lives and destruction, but also in an economic catastrophe which, added to the current crisis (rising electricity and fuel prices and the general inflation that follows), will hit the working classes of our country and of the peoples of Europe hard.

Eighth. We denounce the attitude of the coalition government which, like a lackey of the yankees, has been the first to send ships and planes to the conflict zone.
The Spanish government is responsible for involving us in an imperialist conflict that could have serious consequences not only economically, but also in terms of security for our country. We recall here the consequences (11-M attacks) of scoundrel Aznar's adventure in Azores.

Similarly, we denounce the Government’s false propaganda, with which it seeks to justify its servility, and we demand the return of the military forces stationed in the area, Spain's immediate withdrawal from NATO and its commitment to strict neutrality in the conflict.
Ninth. We also denounce the attitude of Unidas Podemos and the parties that make up this coalition, which, by remaining in government, endorse the Government’s pro-war and pro-imperialist positions and measures. Unidas Podemos must leave the Government immediately if it really intends to dissociate itself from the policy of war.

Tenth. In anticipation of the proliferation, in the heat of the conflict, of jingoistic and Spanish chauvinist speeches and messages, we must be vigilant and combat any manifestation or expression of them, because they contribute to fuelling war and fascism.

The cynical Spanish chauvinism of Vox and PP, among others, is nothing more than submission to yankee militarism and imperialism, which have bases on Spanish territory to threaten and attack third countries, putting our own security at risk.

No war between peoples, no peace between classes!
No to NATO, bases out!
